Air Jordan 14 (XIV) Retro Last Shot Black / Black Varsity Red

The Air Jordan 14 was released in 1998, designed by Tinker Hatfield together with Mark Smith. The design was inspired by Michaels car, the Ferrari 550 M. A great stylish design and a great shoe for Michael to end his NBA career in. The Air Jordan 14 was the first to have silver tips on the laces, which also had a Jumpman logo. Each pair had a total of seven jumpman logo’s, which together equals out to fourteen (XIV).

The Air Jordan 14 (XIV) Retro Final / Last Shot (Black / Varsity Red Black) were released on December 24, 2005, and retailed for $130. They feature a black upper constructed from leather an durabuck, as well as red accents, which can be seen on the Jumpman logos, 23" at the back, and the vent located at the midsole. The leather portions also feature perforations, which provide a system of ventilation to the bearer's foot. They are light weight, (the lightest Air Jordan to dat), and feature a well placd herringbone design on the outsole which provides great traction. The sleek design was created for a reason, as they are modeled after one of Michael Jordans's Ferraris, with similar details such as the shield shaped Jumpman badge, the Rossa Corsa red shank plate and midsole air vent.
