Three regional colorways and three special edition colorways were released. They consisted of the East, West, and Midwest edition for regular and West, East, and Olympic for the SE (special edition). Never before seen on a basketball shoe was a material called tech flex, which is used in the automobile industry. Tech flex is a material which can stretch, and since it is used on the Air Jordan XIX it gave your foot the comfort you need.

The last of the Air Jordan 19(XIX) OG Regional Releases goes to the Air Jordan 19(XIX) Original East Coast. Technically not the last, since all released on the same day (July 10th 2004). The Air Jordan 19(XIX) East Coast features a White/Midnight Navy Varsity Red. At first, the Air Jordan 19(XIX) Original East Coast only released on the East, but after poor sales they later became available at retailers world wide. Retail was $165, but the value has not gone up much at all.
